What you will do

• Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions including agents, chatbots, and RAG systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical machine learning goals.
• Partner with ML engineers to ensure model production stability and maintainability.
• Perform comprehensive offline and online evaluations to monitor model effectiveness.
• Stay current with research in AI to propose and prototype innovative product applications.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan
• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying enterprise-level LLM applications.
• Proficiency in RAG pipelines, modular workflows, and multi-step reasoning.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation techniques including hallucination detection and systematic benchmarking.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in MarTech domain.
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Google ADK.
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Streamlit or Gradio.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques like LoRA or instruction tuning.
