Location: Must be based in China. The role may include occasional work at an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Envision and develop novel ML systems and product integrations to solve real-world customer support challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build efficient AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based features including fine-tuning, optimization, and RAG pipelines.
• Drive the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from conceptualization to production deployment.
• Share knowledge and collaborate on AI/ML technologies with global teams across China and the US.

Requirements

• Must be based in China.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of ML engineering experience with ownership of large-scale software systems.
• Strong background in designing and developing scalable AI and ML services.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-driven chatbots and Agentic AI products.
