Senior AI Engineer (LLM)

What you will do

• Envision and develop novel ML systems and product integrations to solve real-world customer service challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build efficient AI solutions.
• Drive CSxAI initiatives by adopting generative AI technologies for intelligent and scalable service experiences.
• Develop and enhance AI models, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and evaluation automation.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with teams across China and the US.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in China.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of ML engineering experience with ownership of large-scale software systems.
• Deep background in the design and development of AI/ML systems and services.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-driven chatbots and Agentic AI products.
