What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including content, brand partnerships, and on-ground activations.
• Create and optimize high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, and multimedia to improve conversion rates.
• Identify and scale growth channels to enhance the user journey and drive revenue.
• Analyze marketing metrics and user behavior data to shape future marketing and UX strategies.
• Propose new initiatives and test innovative approaches to capture demand and attract prospects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and report on marketing performance.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in content, digital, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in developing and optimizing website content for traffic and conversion growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer trends and performance metrics.
• Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Taipei office.
