What you will do

• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to refine trading strategies and models.
• Analyze real-time market data and trends to adapt trading strategies.
• Manage risk effectively within the trading portfolio.
• Research and identify new pricing inefficiencies and market opportunities.
• Optimize trading algorithms and infrastructure for enhanced performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of algorithmic trading experience with a track record of profitability.
• Strong programming skills in Python or SQL for data analysis and strategy development.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Ability to make quick, decisive actions in high-pressure environments.
• Proactive attitude with a competitive mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
