What you will do

• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and traders to refine strategies and develop trading models.
• Analyse market trends and real-time data to adapt trading strategies.
• Manage risk across the trading portfolio and evaluate risk-reward patterns.
• Research market opportunities and pricing inefficiencies using data analysis and market microstructure insights.
• Optimise trading algorithms, infrastructure, and trading processes.
• Contribute to improving trading systems and overall firm profitability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven algorithmic trading experience with a profitable track record, ideally in D1 and/or options.
• Strong analytical, quantitative reasoning, and pattern-recognition skills.
• Ability to make fast, decisive decisions in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, competitive, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Passion for trading, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
