Senior Manager, Global Physical Security Operations (Crypto)

What you will do

• Support the Director of Physical Security in implementing and improving global physical security strategies, standards, procedures, and operational programs.
• Plan executive protection and travel security, including threat assessments, secure transportation, vetted protective resources, and contingency planning.
• Conduct security risk assessments for offices, facilities, sensitive areas, and company locations, recommending improvements to access control, surveillance, visitor management, and emergency preparedness.
• Monitor geopolitical developments and security threats, coordinate protective intelligence, and implement proportionate risk-mitigation measures.
• Lead security planning for corporate events and significant business activities, including venue assessments, staffing, protective arrangements, and emergency planning.
• Coordinate incident response, crisis preparedness, security vendor management, security technology improvements, operational reporting, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security operations, executive protection, protective intelligence, security risk management, law enforcement, military security, or a related field.
• Experience managing physical security operations across multiple locations or jurisdictions and working across disciplines such as executive protection, travel security, threat assessment, incident response, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills and operational judgment, including risk-based decision-making under pressure and with incomplete or changing information.
• Experience developing or implementing security risk assessments, operational plans, SOPs, emergency-response procedures, or comparable security programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Ability to work across cultures, time zones, and jurisdictions, including international travel and occasional support outside normal business hours; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Corporate security experience in financial services, technology, fintech, digital assets, or another global or highly regulated industry.
• Background in law enforcement, military, intelligence, diplomatic security, or a related public-sector security environment.
• Experience with protective intelligence, behavioral threat assessment, crisis management, emergency preparedness, or business continuity.
• Familiarity with GSOC operations, OSINT, geopolitical or travel-risk platforms, security analytics, and physical security technology.
• CPP, PSP, PCI, emergency-response, or comparable security and risk-management certifications.
