What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX teams, and architects to translate business needs into technical user stories and flow diagrams.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap features while providing continuous feedback during development.
• Bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementations, focusing on pragmatic solutions for complex document flows.
• Analyze and interpret government specifications regarding e-invoicing, file formats, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate early prototypes and support production-ready releases alongside development teams.
• Oversee the handover of features to the operations team and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the e-invoicing or accounting domain.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch at C2 level.
• Proven experience working directly with development teams and translating functional requirements into technical rules.
• Ability to dive into complex specifications for APIs, file formats, and protocols.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, XML Spy, and documentation platforms.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and presentation skills.
