What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for the Open Source Data Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and architectural improvements.

• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal platform performance and stability.
• Work across diverse deployment environments including Kubernetes, virtual machines, and bare metal.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in distributed systems or data platform development.
• Valid work authorization for Canada is required.
• Proficiency in Linux is mandatory for code deployment and execution.
• Extensive hands-on programming experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts including multithreading, distributed computing, and database management.
• Fluency in English communication is required.
