What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact to foster long-term trust and understand customer business goals.
- Drive product adoption by identifying relevant use cases and conducting regular business reviews.
- Develop tailored success plans to guide customers toward achieving their desired technical and business outcomes.
- Identify and nurture expansion opportunities, partnering with sales to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and resolve critical issues.
- Coordinate with technical experts to deliver training and share best practices with enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Americas.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS, cloud, or database technologies.
- Proven exposure to enterprise clients in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and provide proactive solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with hirify.global or NoSQL databases.
- Background in software development (Java, .NET, Python).
- Familiarity with DBaaS products.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and customer success tools like Gainsight.
