What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact to foster long-term trust and understand customer business goals.
  • Drive product adoption by identifying relevant use cases and conducting regular business reviews.
  • Develop tailored success plans to guide customers toward achieving their desired technical and business outcomes.
  • Identify and nurture expansion opportunities, partnering with sales to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and resolve critical issues.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to deliver training and share best practices with enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS, cloud, or database technologies.
  • Proven exposure to enterprise clients in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and provide proactive solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global or NoSQL databases.
  • Background in software development (Java, .NET, Python).
  • Familiarity with DBaaS products.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and customer success tools like Gainsight.
