What you will do

• Drive scientific strategy in partnership with clients by leveraging deep therapeutic knowledge.
• Develop and deliver best-in-class medical communication content across the asset lifecycle.
• Act as a key scientific lead, ensuring factual accuracy, strategic alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with account management teams to foster and advance long-term strategic partnerships.
• Mentor and coach medical writing team members to elevate quality standards and team efficiency.
• Integrate editorial best practices into project teams to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK to qualify for this role.
• Degree in a scientific, medical, or life sciences field.
• Extensive experience working in a healthcare communications agency environment.
• Proven ability to create high-quality medical and scientific content for diverse audiences.
• Experience in scientific review and contributing to high-level medical discussions.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing time in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
