What you will do

• Plan and implement commissioning strategies for key journals to drive business development.
• Identify high-potential topics using market intelligence and data analysis tools.
• Recruit and engage high-level researchers to serve as Guest Editors or authors.
• Manage the end-to-end collection pipeline to meet ambitious publication targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve the promotion and reach of collections.
• Define and implement best practices across the entire collections lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the King's Cross office 2 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven planning and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.

• Previous experience in scholarly or academic publishing.
