What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of audit checklists across various financial standards.
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured, scalable content for the AI audit application.
• Lead and mentor a team of four, providing methodological guidance and clear prioritization.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and Product to incorporate feedback into the software.
• Manage customer support to ensure high-quality communication and effective problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to align methodology with technical roadmap requirements.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in financial audit or a professional practice department of an audit firm.
• Proven background in people management, ideally within dynamic startup environments.
• Understanding of AI-driven applications for task automation and workflow improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate regulatory complexity into practical frameworks.
• Effective project management and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
