What you will do
- Take full responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of audit checklists across various financial standards.
- Translate regulatory requirements into structured, scalable content for the AI audit application.
- Lead and mentor a team of four, providing methodological guidance and clear prioritization.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and Product to incorporate feedback into the software.
- Manage customer support to ensure high-quality communication and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to align methodology with technical roadmap requirements.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in financial audit or a professional practice department of an audit firm.
- Proven background in people management, ideally within dynamic startup environments.
- Understanding of AI-driven applications for task automation and workflow improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate regulatory complexity into practical frameworks.
- Effective project management and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
