What you will do

• Develop new backend features to support the delivery of experiences within hirify.global’s products.
• Build internal infrastructure and tooling as needed to support product features.
• Work within an agile development environment with peer engineers, designers, and product managers on a daily basis to scope, develop and deliver a software experience that realizes the product strategy.
• Be a part of a positive and inclusive culture that is hyper-focused on cultivating engineer growth and learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python or similar languages.
• Experience building and scaling out RESTful microservices.
• Familiarity with accessing, querying and writing to data stores like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of git workflows in GitHub or similar git-based version control systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working on an ecommerce platform is a bonus.
