What you will do
- Design, build, and own full lifecycle development for data-focused products from concept to production.
- Lead and drive large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple system components.
- Develop project execution plans using market data and system observations.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement product features and roadmaps.
- Ensure platform quality through robust automated testing, metrics, and monitoring.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to peer engineers.
Requirements
- 11+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience working with distributed systems in a high-load environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with high technical ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with database engines like Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, Aerospike, Vertica, or Redis.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Experience building and scaling microservices architectures.
