What you will do

• Design, build, and own full lifecycle development for data-focused products from concept to production.
• Lead and drive large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple system components.
• Develop project execution plans using market data and system observations.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement product features and roadmaps.
• Ensure platform quality through robust automated testing, metrics, and monitoring.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to peer engineers.

Requirements

• 11+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience working with distributed systems in a high-load environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with high technical ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with database engines like Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, Aerospike, Vertica, or Redis.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Experience building and scaling microservices architectures.
