Salary: $81,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission target

• Sell hirify.global solutions and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Execute full sales cycles—from lead generation and discovery to closing—while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals.
• Participate in industry events and prepare performance reports.
• Continuously grow your knowledge of hirify.global products and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
• Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles.
• Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
