What you will do

• Identify and define critical business problems that can be addressed through advanced machine learning and NLP techniques.
• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated NLP models, including LLMs and retrieval systems, for applications such as answer generation and conversational AI.
• Apply your deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and mathematical principles to create innovative solutions.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define success metrics.
• Oversee the integration of machine learning models into production systems and collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance data pipelines.
• Stay at the forefront of research in NLP, AI, and related fields and contribute to the advancement of the company's technology stack.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on NLP, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers), and experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is required.
• Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
