Corporate Development Manager (Fintech): Shaping and executing hirify.global’s inorganic growth strategy with an accent on financial analysis and the technology industry. Focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A, investment and partnership opportunities aligned with hirify.global’s long-term strategic objectives.

Location: Onsite only, based at one of hirify.global’s California offices: Santa Clara, CA (Silicon Valley HQ) or Irvine, CA (Orange County). Remote or hybrid applicants will not be considered.

Salary: 150,770 - 225,900 USD per annum

What you will do

  • Perform financial analyses, including valuation, accretion/dilution, contribution analysis, and IRR.
  • Monitor and summarize financial research on industry peers and companies for senior leadership.
  • Track and manage analytics and dashboards for acquisition, investment and partnership efforts.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop business cases and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritize strategic gaps, evaluate build/buy/partner options, and recommend target selection criteria.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all phases of M&A activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with external advisors.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, corporate development or finance roles, with a focus on the technology sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A analysis, including deal structures and related considerations.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology, with curiosity and a commitment to excellence.
