What you will do

• Monitor and improve search-to-purchase conversion rates via product redirects and synonyms.
• Coordinate product descriptions and translations with internal teams and freelancers.
• Execute auto-merchandising rules on product listing pages to highlight bestsellers.
• Support new product introductions through precise data entry and attribute mapping.
• Maintain 100% data integrity and consistency across all store modules.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish (C1/native level) and English (B2 level) required.
• Must be available to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
• Analytical mindset with strong ability to work with data.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including filtering and formulas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
• University student or graduate with a desire to grow in a scale-up environment.
