What you will do

• Drive UX/UI design from concept through launch, focusing on startup products and ensuring design integration with business strategy.
• Guide the overall design direction, from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders to achieve buy-in on design solutions.
• Actively engage with the engineer team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cohesive understanding of the product vision and user experience strategies.
• Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI Design, with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for startups from inception to launch.
• English C1, with outstanding communication skills to lead discussions and effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional ability to understand and integrate product strategy with user experience.
• Strong capability to dissect complex problems, identify underlying issues, and propose well-rounded solutions.
• Expertise in User-Centered Design, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile frameworks. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro, with a strong understanding of mobile design standards and UX patterns.
• Demonstrated experience in launching new products, managing complex design challenges, and delivering innovative design solutions that align with strategic business goals.
