What you will do

• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across hirify.global's suite of products.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and drive innovation.
• Create high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, and prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into tangible UI concepts and demonstrate these through storytelling.
• Apply and contribute to the shared design system, ensuring visual consistency.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including designers, researchers, and engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a Product Design or UX design role, preferably on a product team working on complex, technical SaaS products with a B2B focus.
• Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools—specifically Figma.
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems or component libraries.
• Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated visual design skills with an ability to solve complex user problems with a beautifully intuitive interface.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
