What you will do

• Own the design of end-to-end cross-platform experiences across web and mobile.
• Lead user research, including interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and scale the centralized design system within Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and engineers in a cross-functional setup.
• Apply frameworks such as Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs-to-be-Done.
• Balance UX depth with UI clarity while maintaining a data-informed approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating at a senior level in product design.
• Portfolio showcasing tangible examples of prototyping skills.
• Confidence in leading user-facing research calls with English proficiency of B1 or higher.
• Extensive experience working on large-scale marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Advanced fluency in Figma and design system management.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions.
