What you will do
- Lead design execution through the full product lifecycle from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
- Plan and execute research activities including interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Integrate AI tools like Figma Make, V0, and ChatGPT into design workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, and business teams.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers to foster team growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design or UX design.
- Must be based in Brazil or Colombia.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web or mobile products.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools within design or research processes.
- High proficiency in English required for client communication.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
- Background in leading or contributing to design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
