Translation Revisions Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage the revision workflow from receiving client feedback through resolution.
• Analyze edits and feedback to distinguish objective issues from stylistic preferences.
• Coordinate internal and external vendors across project phases and ensure timely delivery of revised content.
• Track revision cases, identify trends, and support quality metrics and reporting.
• Communicate with sales staff, project managers, and linguists to clarify expectations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor project status, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• University degree, preferably in linguistics or translation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Windows.
• Experience in translation and localization project management is advantageous.
