Operational Process Analyst

What you will do

• Manage technical and commercial proposals from initial development through submission and award.
• Coordinate RFP, RFQ, RFI, and bid-management workflows across stakeholders.
• Develop customer-focused commercial and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain compliance with pricing policies, approval frameworks, and corporate governance standards.
• Conduct post-submission and post-award reviews to improve proposal strategies, win rates, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience with bid and proposal management, commercial and technical solution development, and contractual risk assessment.
• Skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, pricing governance, negotiation, and executive communication.
• Ability to respond to routine issues within established guidelines and provide analysis with limited project-direction input.
