Translation Project Coordinator (São Paulo)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple language and localization projects.
• Coordinate project phases, forecast stage timelines, and monitor project status.
• Clarify project parameters with sales staff and negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Manage project budgets, finances, and documentation.
• Perform quality checks, including proofreading and final reviews, while following applicable procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• University degree, preferably in linguistics or translation.
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar corporate role.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Windows.
