What you will do

• Act as the senior owner of performance marketing, including paid acquisition, CRM/lifecycle, ASO, and SEO.
• Own the end-to-end marketing measurement and analytics strategy, building a unified, scalable measurement system.
• Design and run performance marketing operating rhythms, including Marketing Performance Reviews and quarterly planning.
• Lead and develop the current team across performance marketing and analytics, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
• Partner closely with Monetization, Analytics, Marketing, and Product to strengthen the overall ecosystem.
