Salary: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,500 - $210,500 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the AI-First Strategy Execution to build tools that empower care teams to exponentially scale their panel management.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution by directing a dedicated engineering squad and serving as the collaborative hub for stakeholders.
• Leverage clinical software experience to rapidly triage complex requests and negotiate product priorities with medical experts and health system leaders.
• Build a Unified Platform by balancing requirements from internal teams and external health system partners into a single backlog.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Medicine or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years directly defining, building, and scaling clinical-facing software tools (e.g., Care Management Platforms, EHRs, or Remote Patient Monitoring) used by healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to influence without authority, successfully collaborating across complex cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Qualified applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in leading development of AI-driven products (e.g., LLMs, machine learning, or agentic workflows) within a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
• Deep, hands-on experience with healthcare data interoperability, including bidirectional EHR integrations and a strong working knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
• A formal clinical credential or background (e.g., RN, MD, PharmD, etc.) combined with technical product management experience.
• Direct experience building and deploying formal Clinical Decision Support (CDS) systems, automated triage, or AI-copilots specifically for clinical care teams.
