• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver product features and infrastructure.
• Work hands-on with technical design and development of full-stack AI components.
• Collaborate closely with product management, design, and data science teams to define project vision.
• Manage team headcount, improve hiring processes, and lead recruitment efforts.
• Coach engineers to support their professional growth and career development.
• Architect scalable abstractions to enable efficient contribution to the Generative AI codebase.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with 1+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience covering frontend, APIs, and backend services.
• Proven expertise in building and managing high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, Golang, SQL, GCP, and AWS.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable customer impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with or deep interest in large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
