Requirements
- Excellent English skills: C1 for both spoken and written required
- At least 6 months of professional customer support experience
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM
- Stable internet connection: minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics
- Experience with Zendesk or other CRM systems
- Proven experience working with ticketing systems
