What you will do

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and EV-specific hardware.
  • Identify, document, and resolve complex customer problems within the CRM.
  • Advocate for customer needs and maintain high service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to improve satisfaction.
  • Stay current on electric vehicle industry trends to provide expert support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support or technical facing role.
  • Background in software or IT product support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Must have own computer and reliable internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools.
  • Prior familiarity with electric vehicle technologies.
