What you will do

• Define analytical frameworks to deepen customer engagement and move users toward integrated multi-product adoption.
• Develop retention models to identify why churn occurs and create preventative commercialization strategies.
• Invent methodologies to quantify the ecosystem multiplier effect and its impact on total lifetime value.
• Lead the design of complex experiments and observational studies using causal inference to validate commercial hypotheses.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding investment trade-offs and expansion strategies.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members to ensure analytical rigor and effective data storytelling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, strategy, or qualitative research.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, GitHub, and Databricks.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and causal inference principles.
• Proven track record of translating insights into measurable strategic impact.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional executive stakeholders.
