Salary: $275,000–$370,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and scale the GTM Data Science team through hiring and mentorship.
• Define key commercial metrics and measurement frameworks for GTM segments.
• Drive rigorous causal inference and experimentation to inform product strategy.
• Maintain cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop statistical models and simulation engines to automate GTM decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in data-focused roles with 4+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong background in causal inference, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or commercial analytics, specifically within consumption-based models.
• Must be able to work on-site at least 25% of the time in San Francisco or New York.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML products, Large Language Models (LLMs), or developer tools.
• Experience working in a scaling startup environment.
