What you will do

  • Define and maintain the overarching audio direction for the interactive experience.
  • Act as the primary creative bridge between the internal audio team and external film department.
  • Present and defend creative concepts to external partners and IP holders.
  • Manage the audio production lifecycle within Jira.
  • Oversee the development of interactive music systems.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary audio team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading the audio/musical vision for high-profile games, interactive media, or innovative music-tech projects.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional film scoring/production and dynamic, state-based interactive music systems.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a history of managing and collaborating with brands and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in game audio implementation and a solid understanding of how engineering constraints can impact creative possibilities.
  • Strong ear for quality to identify and resolve quality issues.
