What you will do

• Lead and scale complex relationships across banks, fintechs, and asset managers, serving as the ultimate point of accountability.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global Prime services including custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin offerings.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries, ensuring rapid resolution and best-in-class service.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and operational integration of new institutional clients.
• Translate client requirements into actionable product feedback to influence the long-term platform roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and institutionalize best practices to drive organization-wide excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in managing institutional relationships within investment banking, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of risks across institutional functions and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills focused on influencing outcomes.
• Proven leadership experience, having served as a team lead or dedicated mentor.
• Ability to work independently while managing a complex book of clients.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of Digital Assets.
• Background in prime brokerage services, including clearing, custody, and financing.
• Proficiency in French or German.
