Product Manager (CRM)

TL;DR

Product Manager (CRM): Supporting the development and execution of the product roadmap for a customer relationship management platform with an accent on delivering intuitive user experiences and modern workflows. Focus on driving feature delivery by translating market insights into clear requirements and collaborating across engineering and design teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Denver, CO for at least 3 days per week (Hybrid)

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year

• Contribute to product roadmap development and execution aligned with business goals.
• Translate customer and market insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to balance customer value, usability, and feasibility.
• Define and track success metrics, including feature adoption and usage data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing software.
• Proven success in shipping enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of user workflows and data-driven development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
