What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex, ambiguous business challenges to guide product strategy.
• Own the full data and metrics lifecycle, from core logging to visualization.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, providing deep expertise in SQL and Python.
• Design and implement rigorous experimentation and causal analysis frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to influence roadmaps and drive product improvements.
• Maintain high statistical rigor across the team to ensure confident decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a BA/BS, or 3+ years with a PhD in a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to drive impactful data science projects in ambiguous environments.
• Practical expertise in applying complex modeling frameworks to real-world business issues.
• Professional-level proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with digital products in iterative development cycles.
• Ability to synthesize technical data into compelling stories for stakeholders.
