What you will do

• Build and optimize dashboards in Tableau and Omni Analytics for capacity management visibility.
• Design workflows and data mappings to support autonomous AI agents with rigorous testing.
• Extract and analyze data programmatically using SQL and Python to generate executive reports.
• Maintain analytical code in GitHub ensuring scalability and version control.
• Perform detailed audits of data pipelines to guarantee metric accuracy for capacity decisions.
• Create comprehensive documentation for workflows and data transformations.
• Automate internal tools and manual data-gathering processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Livingston, NJ or New York, NY, USA; hybrid with remote possible if >30 miles from office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and GitHub; familiarity with Omni Analytics preferred.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience including internships or post-graduate work.
