What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the end-to-end Developer Experience (DevX) platform.
• Identify and implement high-leverage opportunities for AI, automation, and LLMs to enhance engineering workflows.
• Define and track metrics for build times, deployment frequency, CI reliability, and developer satisfaction.
• Make strategic trade-off decisions regarding developer experience, platform reliability, security, and costs.
• Partner with engineering leadership to transform the strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Represent DevX to cross-functional stakeholders including VP and C-level audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years focused on developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to operate independently and set strategic outcomes without constant direction.
• Strong technical depth in CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and developer workflows.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with security and compliance constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, or Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying AI coding assistants or autonomous agents at scale.
• Familiarity with developer productivity measurement frameworks like DORA or SPACE.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or Web3/crypto environments.
