What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on ambiguous business problems to guide product roadmaps and decision-making.
• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to quantify the impact of growth and acquisition initiatives.
• Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data visualizations to ensure high-quality metric tracking.
• Apply complex causal inference and statistical modeling frameworks to solve real-world business challenges.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentorship in Python and SQL best practices.

Requirements

• Must be a US-based candidate.
• 5+ years of relevant data science experience with a BA/BS degree, or 3+ years with a PhD in a quantitative field.
• Professional proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record in managing impactful data science projects and driving decision-making for ambiguous problem spaces.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical rigor, experimentation, and causal modeling.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical findings into compelling narratives for external stakeholders.

Nice to have
