What you will do

• Plan and execute technical deployments including M365 migrations, network infrastructure, and server environments.
• Configure and manage cloud compute services across Azure and AWS.
• Maintain technical project documentation in IT Glue, HaloPSA, and SharePoint.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during project execution for client stakeholders.
• Validate system stability and operational readiness before handing projects to support services.
• Collaborate with Project Management and specialist teams to ensure SOW alignment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience in an MSP or equivalent environment.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
• Strong background in network infrastructure including firewalls, switching, and wireless.
• Familiarity with device management (Intune, Autopilot, MDM) and endpoint security.

Nice to have

• CompTIA certifications (Network+, Security+, Server+).
• Microsoft Server and Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-140.
• Cisco networking certifications like CCNA.
