What you will do

• Support the launch and operational setup of new local chapters.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue, catering, AV, and vendor communication.
• Execute communication campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
• Provide ongoing operational support for in-person and virtual chapter events.
• Maintain dashboards and track metrics to monitor chapter health and program performance.
• Document recurring challenges to support and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, community operations, or program support.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing timelines and logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with CRM or email marketing tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for working with volunteer community leaders.
• Comfort working within structured playbooks and established operational frameworks.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for events and support.
