What you will do
- Manage the customer case study program, including recruitment, content creation, and promotion of success stories.
- Coordinate customer speakers for webinars, conferences, and prospect calls.
- Develop compelling presentations that translate customer challenges and outcomes into business impact.
- Foster engagement within existing customer communities and online platforms.
- Provide sales enablement by coaching teams on the effective use of customer stories and insights.
- Monitor and report on key customer metrics such as retention, NPS, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer marketing or advocacy role.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce or Eloqua.
- Proven ability to develop and execute case study campaigns.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel occasionally for in-person events.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or related technology sectors.
- Familiarity with community tools like Gainsight, Deeto, or Testimonial Hero.
- Experience with PowerBI and Craft CMS.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
