TL;DR

Project Consultant (ERP): Leading end-to-end implementations of AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Focus on managing client relationships, driving deep product adoption, and optimizing critical processes like P2P and O2C flows.

Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Germany or Austria; requires initial onboarding period in Zurich, Switzerland (minimum one month) and monthly visits to Zurich.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey, from requirements gathering to delivery and client satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align customer workflows with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems and solve unique technical challenges.
• Partner with clients to ensure they realize the full potential of AI automation.
• Translate client feedback into actionable improvements for the product roadmap.
• Work alongside sales to design effective implementation plans and drive long-term product adoption.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• German and English fluency, with excellent communication skills for client-facing presentations.
• Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into technical action.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
• Must be able to relocate for initial onboarding in Zurich and conduct monthly visits to the HQ.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
• Prior experience in ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
