What you will do
- Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from scoping to go-live ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery.
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop repeatable frameworks for onboarding, project execution, and service management to drive scalability and operational excellence.
- Establish governance models with key stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage risks, and ensure transparency.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to address client requirements and identify product enhancements.
- Conduct client training and prepare materials to empower platform usage.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Switzerland and hold valid work authorization (EU/EFTA national or Swiss work permit)
- 5-8 years experience in project management, client success, or consulting in financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
- Proven expertise in wealth management and investment advisory platforms, including API integrations and cloud solutions.
- Strong skills in managing complex projects, governance frameworks, and stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe) highly valued.
