What you will do

• Facilitate and coach your Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove operational blockers to ensure the team can deliver their best work.
• Champion collaboration, trust, and agile thinking across the organization.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment.
• Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond the team.
• Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent) certification is highly beneficial.
• Organized and proactive approach to team facilitation.
• English fluency is required.
