What you will do

• Bridge the gap between client business needs and technical implementation teams.
• Analyze and document requirements for complex projects involving APIs, microservices, and headless architectures.

• Monitor and improve SEO performance, accessibility standards, and product analytics.
• Communicate directly with clients to manage expectations and project scope.
• Ensure project accountability and alignment with quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional business analysis experience.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Proven understanding of technical project environments including APIs and microservices.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and data analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
