TL;DR
Business Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing business requirements and performing quality assurance tasks within a consultancy framework with an accent on Agile methodologies and test documentation. Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: 2-3 times a week in office). Requires Portuguese citizenship, EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do
- Define business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications using UML.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test case designs.
- Manage project documentation and workflows within Jira and Confluence.
- Perform API testing and validation to support software development cycles.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related IT roles.
- Proficiency in English and French (minimum B2 level required).
- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon (2-3 days per week).
- Must hold valid Portuguese work authorization or EU citizenship.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience in SQL, UML modeling, and API testing (e.g., Postman).
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Cucumber.
- Domain knowledge in the banking or financial services industry.
- Expertise with Jira Xray for test management.
