What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for mobile banking applications and a web-based admin panel.
• Define and elaborate key functionality: authentication, payments, transfers, tokenization, and push notifications.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Model business processes and user flows.
• Document integrations and system architecture requirements.
• Manage the product backlog and participate in release planning and roadmap definition.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in banking or fintech for 4+ years.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting complex banking processes and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes: cards, accounts, loans, payments, transfers, card and wallet tokenization.
• Experience integrating banking and third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with microservice architectures, API-first approaches, and REST / gRPC / event-driven systems.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
