Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies.
• Work through each stage of a project lifecycle, interfacing between business and technical teams.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops across business units.
• Support feasibility analysis and contribute to business case development.
• Propose solutions to problems, considering timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with Agile development squads.
• Strong process development skills using tools such as Miro and Visio.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience implementing or supporting business package applications.
• Ability to gather, analyse and communicate requirements clearly.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in audio, broadcasting, media, or advertising environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
• Background in mid‑sized organizations.
