Senior Business Analyst

Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile (Remote or from local offices).

What you will do

• Capture business area vision and translate client objectives for development teams
• Define as-is and to-be states of integration processes and workflows
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and comprehensive process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops
• Develop business cases to evaluate solution feasibility and investments
• Manage solution scope and establish effective requirements lifecycle processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience in a business analysis role
• Proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of API integrations, integration flows, and system-to-system communication
• Proven experience in Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban
• Strong expertise in eliciting, documenting, and validating functional requirements
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Workato
