TL;DR
Staff Software Engineer (Digital Banking/C#): Designing, developing, testing, and supporting custom digital banking applications, APIs, plugins, and single sign-on solutions with an accent on enterprise architecture, technical leadership, and secure financial services. Focus on leading Treasury Management projects, resolving complex production issues, and building integrations that handle sensitive data.
Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required. The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship or support.

What you will do
- Establish and review business and technical requirements, project plans, development standards, and deployment practices.
- Provide technical direction across requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
- Perform complex technical design, prototyping, software development, bug verification, and resolution.
- Lead projects involving Treasury Management, custom single sign-ons, plugins, web services, and internal and external APIs.
- Support custom applications and frameworks through incident response, log analysis, metrics, and alert monitoring.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, business analysts, operations, and management to deliver enterprise-level products.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of professional or educational experience in full lifecycle software development or engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience with C#, including project creation, testing, and deployment.
- At least 3 years of experience with APIs or web services.
- Experience with design patterns, SOLID principles, and analysis and design across multiple projects and environments.
- Experience providing technical guidance to other developers.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States, excluding California, and must not require current or future immigration support.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with GCP or other cloud technologies.
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Node.js or TypeScript.
- Experience with network tracing, middleware, SSO, encryption, plugins, security, and systems handling sensitive data.
